The guys have not played for almost a week....Any thoughts on tonights game? A week off is not always a good thing but when you consider it's a week where they finally get a chance to practice as a team I think they probably play well. The week also gave players a chance to recover from the "2 a day" grind of the first two weeks in camp. Should be a good game, even without three regulars who are off to NHL camps. |

He's already gotten a shutout, but it was no big deal as it was just against Bathurst.

It seems the only team he can shutout is Bathurst....Look back to the 1st game of last year's regular season

Should be a good game tonight as both teams are playing well in the preseason. I expect that we will still be testing some bubble players and that everyone will be giving it there all. PEI is missing some players as well so it could be closely matched. It will be interesting if LaFleur plays as he usually comes to play against Moncton.

it is funny you guys saying that it was such a small game for him because he got 15 shot on net , but one thing you probelly did not even look to see was that every shot he got he keep the shoy for no rebound , so that would explain alot on the 15 shot he he would of not keep the rebound then he would of got at leas 25 , just my opinion

Should be a good game. We won't have many players sitting out as we have guys gone to camp.

Quick start for the Cats. Not even two minutes in .. Gomes scores, Mangan with the assist.
Lavigne is in nets for the Cats, while Evan Mosher is in for the Rockets.
No MacAusland, Cameron, Baca, Barberio, Marquardt or Brannon for us.

Edit: Eagles also missed a penalty shot....

Morehouse was in a fight with Byran Main at 17:06..... Edit: Eagles also missed a penalty shot.... Only fight tonight was Herr and Wright. Edge to teh kid Wright IMO. Herr took a few shots, then went for the takedown. Other was a scrum of people. Morehouse/Main did not fight. |
