Anyone else love how the whole Chicoutimi team and coaching staff ran to the dressing room behind the bench during the toss? haha I think you travel here to win. If the coach can get a private moment with the team to discuss what he would between the periods, then you go for it. The teady bear toss is a Moncton thing and has nothing to do with them. It seemed to work. Ummm no it didn't really work considering we scored 2 more goals after that in that period. Whatever they did in the intermission however I would agree it worked.

I think it was a good idea ... get his team away from the ice for a few minutes to try to refire the engines a little ... talk to them in a quiet area away from the taunts from the fans. It didn't change anything ... but it was a good idea at the time.

The score board is an entirely separate issue. I think most coaches would like the privilege of stopping and starting the game when he has an issue with something his team is doing on the ice.
