Interesting to see if this will be the solution for the Huskies ... kind of surpirsed they didn't pay the price for Blanchard. Has Sniderman been playing anywhere yet this year? Poor Blouin is really going to have a hate on for him - second time in his Q career he loses his job on a contending team to Sniderman.

Word is thart Victo wanted Macenauer or Desjardins now for Blanchard, that's a pretty huge price to pay for a 20 year old goalie. |

We get something (allbeit an 8th rounder) for a free agent who didn't fit into our plans anyway. Sounds good to me. I'm sure that we could have gotten more if he was playing with us this year.
In any case, Jhase gets to play with a contending team...good for him. And it's to a western team, so we will only see them twice this year.
