Heard through a friend (pretty good source IMO) that Flynn was put on the bubble and his days are numbered...Wc's may have been looking for a replacement, and maybe talking to someone as we speak.....stay tuned for more info.

He is doing better with a limited skill rebuilding team than Francouer is doing in Bathurst with a contender. Francouer is the only Coach on the bubble in the Q at the moment ... and Couturier's days are numbered too ... this upcoming trading period will be the deciding factor. His too many bad trades are adding up in Bathurst. I predict that Couturier will make no less than 8 seperate trades during the trading period. He makes trades to justify his existence. He'll make most of his trades with the other disfunctional Q teams like Drum and BC.

It's true, Flynn's days are numbered. He's down to about 1320 before his contract expires.

I highly doubt Flynn's days are numbered. He is underachieving compared to what most people would have thought, specially with the results last year's squad put up, but I highly doubt that we will see him being fired anytime soon.
This team has no pressure, other then making the playoffs and we're not scared of that yet. It's not like Bathurst who has to win this year and is currently down low in the standings after having a very, very favorable schedule to start the year.
I might not be a fan of Flynn's, but I would find it ridiculous to let him go now or even this season. Even if I don't agree with some of his decisions, you have to see how they work out long term. Hell, it could very well be that I am wrong, I'm just a fan! And I hope I am.
Let Flynn go? Why? And honestly Steve, I think Couturier's post is more in danger then Francoeur's. I wouldn't be surprise at the end of the year, if the Titan underachieve, to see Francoeur take over the GM position, a position he held in Shawinigan before.

We are roughly where we are supposed to be in the standings ... while you guys are about 6 spots from where you are supposed to be. Has LGM resigned himself to mediocrity ... accepting under-achieving ? I doubt it ... he knows where his team should be sitting in the standings and sooner than later he will make big changes. Francouer is probably safe as he is new ... but Couturier is likely on borrowed time. Too many trades for bad attitude players ... but what do you expect trading with BC and Drum all the time ?

I told you before that the Walmart greeter is not a good source of information for happenings within the Q.

No big troubles up here, had a bad "start" and we're back on track. Moncton is where all the players are wanting to be traded, you have a goalie causing trouble in the dressing room and all the fans lost confidence in their coach....hmmm smells like trouble to me.

All of these so-called problems here in Moncton are pure speculation here on this board....we have little else to gossip about. I certainly don't hear fans at the Coliseum calling for Flynn's head... The problems in Bathurst, wins and losses, are tangible and anyone looking at the standings can see it.

You played 15 of your first 20 games at home and you still couldn't play above .500...pretty disapointing from a supposed contender.

It might not be permanant ... but there are no championships coming to your team this year ... I think 5th in the division is all you will achieve.

How do you know it's not permanent? Bernier struggling back with Lewy is not permanent, Marchand not producing in VD was not permanent...but a team with questions on defense and in goal giving up a lot of GA is not necessarily temporary.
