Could you lose all the "we" and say "I". You don't speak for anyone but yourself. It would be a good idea for you to speak to other fans around and see what they think! I am not the only who saw what I saw on the weekend. The others can speak for themselves.

I don't think of it as people not realizing how good some of the Titan are but more of a hatred against our organization that blinds them. Some get the "put away your Titan blinders" comments sent towards them while those posters should do the same "put away your Titan hating blinders" before posteing crap. I'll admit the Titan are not my favorite team, but I give them credit for what they do. I had them pegged for 85-90pts with Bartos in the lineup...80-85 without him. It just seems negative all the time replying to chsb's ridiculous boasts after 2 games. If a Moncton fan was posting similar crap I'd reply to them also. The Cats board doesn't seem to have a "Cats can do no wrong" poster. Actually you were pegging the Titan to quite about the same level as I was: 85-90 points. The spot where we differ is in the consequences of Bartos' loss. That you admit it or not, the Titan got indeed the depth to score just as much goals without Bartos. Defensively we could clearly see guys like Desnoyers in particular, but also Chamberland and Renaud, rise to the occasion and seize the opportunity to display their game in the absence of Labrie and Sigouin.....it bodes very well in case of injuries..... In the back end, Legault is playing better than I was expecting and Tardif so far is no better but no worse than last season.

STOP! Take a look at the above quoted sentence and tell me what is wrong with it. I know you can do it... just think. I'll give you a hint: After one game each Kennedy and Yetman have shown that they are more than capable of making 90% of saves and keeping a GAA to 3 or less (against teams expected to finish below us) so I see no reason to upgrade on goaltending.

Hockeyfan99 just gave YOU a hint: Lewiston is not expected to finish below us or....much below us and a majority of posters had then pegged for 2nd in the East....he also mentioned that Moncton are far from being low end teams of the Division. Where did I mention that I saw no reason to upgrade on our goaltending? I just said so far so good on the goaltending.

My "hint" was merely ME making a ridiculous statement about the Mooseheads after only 2 games. It was supposed to highlight your ridiculous statement about how Legault looks "better than you were expecting" based on ONE START. His next start he could allow 5 bad goals- will you then say he looks worse than you were expecting? Do you understand? If not, you are beyond help. A season is 70 games... a lot can happen.

Regarding our goaltending.....it is still early I will admit. But....regarding our offense and defense, there is definite depth out there and IMPO I am expecting a clear improvement in both facets of the game.
Then it becomes much easier to be backstopping a team always in the race every game or leading in the score.

He'S already talking about how fast we're going to need Champion (unless he's sticking to the premonition of an injury sometime in the very near future...) ;D

Just a hint to you, Lewiston was missing even more of their team than you were with Perron Chaput Castonguay(may or may not return) Marshall Reul and Bernier...and it's only one game.
