Looks like Kirkpatrick will have to answer the bell on his own as to him going after Perrault. He wont have Gallant in the lineup to pick up for him.

Because Perrault was hacking and slashing all night and Kirkpatrick had enough of it so they dropped the gloves and Kirkpatrick embarassed Perrault on home ice.

Hmm. Pisano and Legros would be an interesting tilt I think. I'd like to see that one actually.

I would like to see Thomas step up a bit more........... He has been invisible as of late, maybe him and Leroux will have a go.

Legros also destroyed Sparling which wasnt cool, but you guys are really going to miss not having Gallant for a game. Look at what happened today when guys like Dido get pushed around.
Remember the old Sea Dogs before Gallant came to town. That will be back for a game, Graham hasnt fought yet either as a member of the titan.

I think it is a pretty big reason why teams struggle alittle more on the rock. They can never stay for 1 game there always there for an entire weekend and in this case 4 days. I know some might say it's a poor excuse but try living out of a Hotel for 4 days vs the home team living in a house with all the luxuries of home? Not your typical road trip when you are in NFLD. That's an excuse the Devils could use EVERY road trip. I think 4 days has been their shortest trip ever.

The current Sea Dogs and the pre-Gallant Sea Dogs are completely different hockey teams. I know you're having fun getting reactions from some of the posters, so hopefully that statement is just more baiting from you rather than an indication of your hockey intellect. While it was a bonehead move by Gallant, he's played with WAY more discipline this season. I guess that's what four days on the Rock can do to a guy, especially when his team doesn't show up for the final game. The Dogs will be fine without him against Bathurst, there's more toughness there than what Brett brings. Disappointing week on the Rock for the Sea Dogs. I was hoping for 4 points, but then again 2 points is better than a sweep. Now that the trip is over, expect the Dogs to regroup and play with more fire than we saw on Sunday.
