In fairness to Littlewolf, he did say that about Howes from the beginning. Of course, just like I said, of course Howes will do good. He's wearing Roenick's #27 from the Blackhawk days. That equates to greatness.

Not too sure about the Roenick thing but yes Howes has been a great pick up so far. He seems to be a total package with skill, grit and intensity. That being said I am impressed with what all of our 20's have brought so far. Howes great from day 1. Hooper seemed to be getting it going before the injury. Hats off to Fully for the stabilizing roll he has played between the pipes.

Been right there with you from the start wolf, from the first game Scotty played here I liked the way he played the game....I don't remember anyone on his case though, I thought he was well recieved since day one. And he's a good kid to talk to also, real nice guy who takes time for the kids and is always ready with the Sharpie.

Yeah, he has played hard since day 1, which makes him likeable even when he isn't scoring.

Howes has been a solid addition to this hockey club. Never seems to take a shift off and has the knack of turning dead plays into scoring chances similar to Dido. He is very strong on the puck and has a great set of hands. His hard work seems to be rubbing off on others......................... the young rookies are starting to produce and it all starts from hard work. Solid pick up by JB.
