Very nice to see four of our players on the list, including goaltender Robert Mayer.

And that there won't be 24 picks out of the Q anyway.

I find it funny that guys like Tessier, Cormier, Knotek, etc are behind Amyot. I like Amyot a lot but I think the 3 players I mentioned are better.

Amyot has "potential". He is big, has a great stick, and is excellent at getting the puck out (break out passes and rushes). Cormier is slow and according to some, has terrible instincts. Tessier is tiny and is benefitting from playing on a 2nd line with a premiere talent in Espo. And Knotek's stats could be argued to be a product of Halifax's offense.
That being said, I fully expect at least 2 of those 3 to be above Amyot by mid-term unless he takes a major step forward.

He was playing with the 2 Bashkirov If Esposito has so much points, it is because he gets the puck right on the tape when he is full speed by Tessier. Come on... Radulov made Esposito a lot better... but Tessier and Esposito are 2 players who helps each other. 1 pass 1 shoots. Tessier should be the first Q forward named at the draft... before Stefanovich.

I'm from NB and I'm all for Tessier doing well and all but dude seriously I would be shocked if he was the top Q player drafted his size will be a bit of an issue even in the new NHL I'm sure he won't have to wait long though.

It doesn't seem a deep list. The only one that jumps out at me is Barberio. I think he'll move up. Amyot has yet to show the foot speed or physicalness to show he's an NHL prospect. He needs to step it up, and he was showing more before his injury. Sauve has the tools to go top 10. I really hope he picks up his game.

Size... Size..Size.. It WAS important. Not anymore.
David Perron.. Patrick Kane... Sam Gagner... all have huge talent yes... but they got through with their tiny size.
Tessier is the best passer and the guy with the best hockey sense in the Quebec Remparts.
He has all the tools to be a playmaker in the NHL. He is just 17 and it will take him more time than a Sam Gagner to play pro.. but eventually, I am sure he will have an impact in his NHL team.
Offensively it is not a deep list, I agree...
Defensively, I wouldn't be surprise to see a Sauvé and a Barberio picked really really high. Both have all the tools to be great ion the NHL

Both have all the tools to be great ion the NHL I didn't say it's all about size size size but you also can't say he's gonna be like Kane either he's a very gifted player and with his skills you can get away with being a smaller player. Perron was looked over one year and I don't think that's gonna happen with Tessier I just said I don't see him going as the 1st Q player like your suggesting.

Not that it seems to be hurting him in the NHL at the moment. Chicago has a great team to watch this year with all the young talent.
