Sea Dog Mile comes down to sprint at finish

SAINT JOHN - A sprint to the finish determined the winner of the Sea Dog Mile Monday.
Katie Robinson won the race, crossing the finish line in six minutes and 15 seconds, just one second better than second-place finisher Alex Langille. Third-place finisher Connor Duffley finished in 6:17.
Alexandra Coffin was fourth in 6:39 while Braden Duffley was fifth in 7:19 and Shannon O'Keefe sixth in 7:50. The top-10 finishers also included Don LeBlanc (7:58) in seventh, Lily Coffin (8:23) in eighth, Connie Coffin (8:25) in ninth and Kathleen O'Keefe (8:38) in 10th.
The rest of the field, in order of finish and time, included: 11. Lori O'Keefe 8:42; 12. Christian Gamblin 8:45; 13. Becky Gamblin 8:45; 14. Sandra Gamblin 9:02; 15. Samuel Keays 9:35; 16.
