I wasn't impressed with Pard at all last camp. I don't think he has a strong enough body to play this level. Richer seems more of a grinder, someone that could at least contribute physically on the 4th line ala Thomas last year. I don't really know though. Can't wait for camp.

Pard - unless he thinkens up cannot contribute to the physical aspect of the game. He would need to become an offensive talent to stick this year. Unlikely JB will keep him if he is not conrtibuting during camp.
Liske - should be there due to his scoring ability. I am very concerned with his concussion situation. Health would be the only reason for him not being with the Seadogs net season.
Langan - nice for locl talent to stick but it is unlikely this year, although JB stated earlier he would have an opportunity to play. I beleive he should go where he will get the ice time and return next season.
Kirkpatrick - likely will remain as per reasons stated earlier unless he becomes part of a trade. Since JB traded for him I think he will be given every opportunity to succeed.
Richer - if he is in Langan will be out. Richer will likely take up one of the final spots unless the unknowns have a great camp in August.

Liske will be there, guaranteed. He performed well last year and has the potential to be a top line player with Dido.
Richer and Langan are destined for another year of development before making the Dogs, unless they come in and earn a job but realistically they are a year away.
Kirkpatrick will be there, guaranteed. He is 17 and performed well in Jr. A and is ready.
Pard is the wildcard here. He could come in and be ready to play, but if he is not, he will likely be dealt. Limited reports last year were that he impressed in his callup for a couple games so it will be up to him to win a job or not.
Another wildcard will be Brendan Macdonald who is a big winger with the potential ability to come in and win a 4th line job.
Pisano will also be interesting. While all reports are that he could be a tough guy, he will need to show it at camp and in exhibition games and will also need to show he can play enought to warrant a few shifts a game. I don't think we will see Gallant fight at camp unless somebody goes looking for him, which would be a foolish move on their part. With his hand still apparently healing, he will likely want to play and be sharp and ready to fight at Ottawa Sens rookie camp in September.

I think it would be foolish if guy don;t go looking to fight Gallant as soon as they get the chance.............there is no better way to make an impression with the Seadog brass. If your brought in to play that role you need to take on the "Top Dog" I hope that Gallant makes it through the camps and exhibition healthy...........In both our previous training camps, the teams tough guys have started the season injured with broken hands 05/06 Starenky, Leask 06/07 Gallant

At the very least these tough guys and up-and-comers should agree to pull off each other's helmets before they start punching to reduce the risk of injuries. I'd say just yank your own off yourself but then I bet that insurance crap would come into play again.
