I'm suprised Riopel wasn't invited...Billy had him pegged as the best goalie in the league last month.

November was not his best month ... but even in Oct and Nov he had a decent Sv% ... but the team as a whole did not fair well. tinyurl.com/396zreHe had an excellent September ... so far very good in December ... very good numbers at home all year.

Perrault won't be back to the titan until after Xmas. I wouldn't count on that. Last year he had permission to go home when he got cut from team Canada and he refused to so.

And forwards who control the play most of the game ... you guys don't spend nearly the amount of time hemmed in your own end that the Cats do.

Actually that is one of the biggest problems for the Titan right now, despite having some offensive firepower - they spend way too much time trying to get through the neutral zone and going back in their own zone to get the puck. Their transition game is terrible, they don't come out of their onw zone, through the neurtral zone, OR across the other team's blueline well at all. Once they get control of the puck in the offensive zone they are explosive, which explaines their potent powerplay, but teams are learning to just dump the puck out to centre or deep in the Titan zone and then watch them struggle to get back up the ice. EDIT: and I am in no way comparing them to Moncton at all.

I'd be willing to bet there isn't much difference in time in the offensive zone. Bathurst is a quick strike offense. Not a lot of sustained pressure. And Moncton likes to cycle and cycle and cycle and cycle but don't have too much success result from all that cycling. It's like an ends in itself.
