Is that line predictions for the 1st period, the 2nd period or the 3rd period?
This message board has been dead all week! Posters could all be still in shock after 2 solid wins against a top rated team AT HOME.
Another Team Canada member making a name for himself, for all the wrong reasons!

Also on the subject of dirty Q Players , Lou Lammorello came somewhat to Patrice Cormier`s defence after his dirty play...................then he trades him .

Eagles new Twitter account says Horyl is expected back for the tilt. ANy line predictions? Once ready to go I say everything stays the same for the 1st three lines just take out cuzner from line one insert to four and put horyl with Adam and Hertzberg. We will have three solid lines

Eagles new Twitter account says Horyl is expected back for the tilt. ANy line predictions? Here's my guess. Hertzberg - Adam - Horyl Dion - MacDougall - Legault Cuzner - MacNeil - Lagace Bourgeois - MacIntosh - Parker / Bergeron

I just finished watching replay of Eagles / PEI game. With about 30 seconds left I watched Adam try to score on the empty net from just above his defensive zone face off circle. He had room to carry the puck up toward the blueline and simply dump it out but instead he tried to score. In my way of thinking it was a very poor decision and a selfish decision. It resulted in an unnecessary defensive zone faceoff and it could have cost the team a regulation win.
I expected Adam to be taken off the ice and told about "team-first" / "smart" play. Instead, Adam was left out on the ice and ended up scoring in the empty net.
That is not my idea of "Team First" coaching!

If we're thinking of the same play, I'm 99% sure it was Lagace who took that unbelievably ill-advised shot at the empty net, not Adam.

Well, I have to admit that I'm not 99% sure now who it was Adam or Lagace. (Obviously, right after watching it, I thought it was Adam but you may be right.)
However, I guess we both agree that whoever it was it was not the type of play that you like to see from one of out top players. If it was Lagace, I think he was taken off the ice before the next faceoff, so if that's the case, the coaches did make it a teaching moment. However, if it was Adam, the teaching opportunity was passed up.

I have to say Lagace doesn't look that impressive for you guys.. I honestly thought he was the better guy to target from Chicoutimi.. but after watching Deschamps in here last week and then Lagace it was no contest.. Deschamps was hands down the better player.... maybe it's attributable to players fitting into certain systems better.. I dunno
