Moncton started to break down in the second- you could see their play was less sharp, passes were going awry, they had trouble keeping energy levels up.

What did Bernard do to warrant a penalty?

Sorry, meant to ask about Brannon- saw him in the concourse both nights- no cast! What's the story, anyone know?

So did anyone catch the sign behind the Eagles bench during warm-up? "The Durocher Era Is Over. Bye Bye Mario". Luke Adam had someone take it down and rip it up and then went out and made sure the Durocher era didn't end. Really enjoyed the game and atmosphere Tuesday night at C200 but I can't say the same for tonight Always enjoy visiting Sydney and this trip was no different. Would love to see CB host the Memorial Cup someday although I'm not so sure 2012 will be the year... If what I heard about Nick MacNeil is true tonight what a shame. I've always respected him as a player and it would be terrible if his Q career ended in injury

i think last year in the playoffs they called slaney day to day and we know how that turned out. they try to keep injuries as low keyed as they can this time of the year.

Have you ever seen a team dive/embellish calls as much as Moncton does? Because, I haven't. I think thats really going to hurt them down the line. They had a dive called against them last night and I probably could have called at least one other.
I find Moncton looked a little tired last night. Tessier was a ghost (as was previously mentioned). I didn't notice Barberio, Gormley or Savard much either. Maybe the furious checking style of the Eagles is finally starting to take its toll. It maybe be too little, too late.

Well I did not see the game as I was out talking to my friend from Waterford and have to say Congrats to Luke on his three goals and showing his leadership getting rid of sign too.

Brannon just has a badly bruised wrist... He can play but danny wants him 100%. If it was a game 7 he would play no doubt!

Our style is wearing us out more then them. We're doing pretty much nothing 5 on 5. They had to open it up a bit when we scored the 2 pp goals. Not sure how you missed those 3 defenceman. Especially Savard, he might be the best defenceman in the league and looked awesome in both games.
