The 1st game was tied and Mario said he screwed up playing the 4th line.
So why is Bernard out there down 2-0 facing elimination?

Maybe Ken should be hooked up to the bench ? "Maybe Mario Durocher will call a timeout to wake these guys up" Nah! That reminds me of a quote by Mario in the Post - "We're only down 3 games to 1" He'll be quoted in Monday's CB Post "We're only down 4 games to 1".........should be one of his last quotes as Coach / GM.

To try and get Metcalfe to fight.....................that didn't work so he took a Penalty................resulting in a Goal...............next goal would win.................Season Over ! *** Let the Mario Watch Begin !

Ken suggested that the coach just wanted a good hard shift from Bernard. ? Probably he'll be quoted as saying, "We didn't follow the game plan" for the ___th time this season.

Both Chicoutimi and Montreal, the 2 teams we traded with most to help build for this run, will end up with more playoff victories then us.
I realize they're both playing much weaker opponents, but that's a pretty telling statement.
Eric Gelinas will also finish with more goals and points in the playoffs then Jacob Lagace....and he was injured for his teams 5th game last night

Eric Gelinas was also a true #1 or 2 D.
I wonder if fans realize that we could have gotten the same number of home playoff games this year "2" without trading away the future of this franchise?
Mario, try talking French to the referees from Quebec! It can't hurt.

All the Fans will realize Tommorow is that the Season is over ! When it is announced at the Draft about Roy and Meilleur + The Lack of Draft Picks ..............then a lot will be pissed ! The scary part is that it might be too late ................Buffet Boy may have given Mullet Head an extension by then . The Biggest Spin on any of this may occur when The Board sees the Bottom Line for the Season , 2 home games doesn't generate the Revenue that this crew may have desired and they may get their noses out of joint ................wait and see !

I wonder what the chances are of Jacob Marcha......ah i mean Lagace, returning as a 20 yr old?? Maybe he could muster up more then 5 goals for you guys as an overager lol. He would be a great 3rd line energy guy, bring leadership to the dressing room. Kind of like Linden Bahm for the Moose this season.
Ok, I'll stop.

If Durocher is back then I would say that at least 10% of the season ticket holders will not be. His act has already wore thin on this fan base. Trust me hal, those who care, already know the prices that were paid. You can't pull the wool over too many peoples eyes in todays day with boards like this giving out all the info that only few seemed to know a few years ago. Losing Roy won't be a surprise to too many Eagle fans in June.
