Can this guy get replaced? He's a clown with his yelling and his over emphasizing player's names. Just get a dude like Pat Connelly that simply reads the names. This also worked great at Maple Leaf Gardens. No gimmicks required!

I heard the local circus is looking to poach him. I hope it is true!

Kids enjoy hockey games regardless. Like I said, no PA gimmicks required. Robinson has to go!

Maybe they should hire someone with diversity in mind??? **** off. I appreciate you using the '*' in place of the letters of what you were trying to say. It softened the blow. Someone with diversity in mind - sure, but most importantly, someone that doesn't sound like they should be doing commercials for a used car dealership.

Most of the PA announcers in every rink/stadium now are clowns. They think the kids will go for their schtick. I can do without some of the bellowings they utter, but I don't get too worked up about it. I go to a game to watch the game, not listen to a circus act. If it were up to me, a PA announcer would only announce goals, penalties, last minute of play in a period, out of town scores, and any emergency messages that need to be told.

Holy crap guys - He's just doing his job. The Mooseheads organization probably tells him to dress it up as much as possible. It's not as if he's some type of rogue PA guy who refuses to do the announcements in a monotone voice. If that were the case they would have gotten rid of him a long time ago.

He has a good voice, but something needs to change. Whoever is giving him direction needs to change or be fired!

Maybe the Mooseheads should get a robot to do the announcements... would that make the malcontent happy??
Nah, I just imagine he would find something else trivial or insignificant to whine and bitch about.

Nah, I just imagine he would find something else trivial or insignificant to whine and bitch about. Robot would be fine. Scoreboard monitor isn't HD. I think bitching about that will be my next complaint. Thoughts? Sources: Moosefan1994 thinks the crowd at the Moosehead games represent the Canadian population.
