I don't know if I want him back here to be quite honest. Just imagine his on-ice mannerisms if he's a Moosehead at 19 years old. I want to see if those dangles work against NHL dmen.

I'm not agreeing he should come back simply saying Tampa said in the article they won't rush him they don't like to rush the young guys, their investing for him for a decade not for a season. (I personally think he will make it, Seeing Nate in the NHL probably motivated him lots just saying it would be a nice suprise)
Unfortunately for him and for some fans if you want to look at it that way and don't want to see him back he's too young for the AHL, which I think is silly I think at 19 they should be allowed to go the AHL.

Agreed, there should be some exceptions to the rule at 19. Maybe it should be a 1st round pick in the top 10 or something. Drouin would be the poster child for the 'bad side' of sending a high pick back to junior at 19.

I think Drouin would jump of the bridge if he was sent back here again. Unless the guaranteed Memorial Cup berth with Quebec would change his perspective on things.

We talking like 3 1st rounders, 2 prospects, roster guy. Any Q fan, or hockey fan, I think would like to see what that kind of trade would cost, not mentioning if u added Fucale. Crazy.

That only works if someone will pay it. I don't think anyone would. Halifax wouldn't get full value for Drouin it would be a real game of cat and mouse.

Why in the would would we trade Drouin if he comes back? Just... go for another Memorial cup. Edit- Yes I realize Reesor was joking, not sure that some of the replies were.

He's actually out 3-4 weeks with a broken thumb. I bet it was Erne.

doesn't make sense why Tampa would not keep him up with the big club. Look at his former linemate Nathan MacKinnon. Can't tell me Drouin was that far behind Nathan to keep him back 2 years.
