Moncton sitting. Barbs garland Burke Johnston Sweeney talbot tassi and debeau Are you sure about that? Unless you meant Johnson, the Cats don't have 3 spare Dmen. What are you going to do since you won't be able to measure Garland's icetime. You might have to actually watch the game. And for someone who claims to be so involved with the team, I would think you would get Dubeau's name right. He's only been here 3 years. Bigtimefan is an enigma. He's clearly a Burke relative but I don't know how someone can mix Johnson and Johnston up that much. It's really not that hard. IMO i really dont think it matters who is on the line...myself I would move Leger back to them as he can finish which is something Johnson has not. I would then move Johnson with Burke and Smith(second line scoring and still great shut down line) and move Zilbert with Beaton and Askew. the third line has Beaton as the main guy and the wingers keep changing up...third line gets good icetime so there needs to be some stability before playoffs...that would leave Tibbo and Cormier with Bowers.... I like the fact they have been splitting up Johnson and Sweeney...i think its helped Johnson game more than Sweeney tho( Johnson rushing the puck more) two players i have been impressed with on D are 27 and 2.....should have great year next year You think I'm going to mention the power play time they got and stayed out twice for over 4 1/2 minutes? Nope I think the Rogers announcers said enough about that last night. Although I did like the fact they moved Burke to front of net on power play instead of Johnston. Takes at least 1 d man to handle him. Opened it up for 3 power plY goals they scored plus he got the game winner on pp

He's been a big disappointment this year. If Conner doesn't make the team next year,, does his brother go back to Boston too? I hope not. Danny has progressed very well. He's considered a 20-year-old next season right?

Damn, I wanted a loss, but it looks like Moncton is throwing the game, since it has no impact to them at all. Halifax going to lose in round one regardless of opponent, so why not have a better pick.

Why would Moncton want Halifax to have a better Draft pick player to play against. This is somewhat dirty when you think of it. Neither team has a benefit to win.

Must have been a decision made by those Dirty Saulniers Yeah the cats should play all their top players risking injury in a meaningless game to them so that the Moose can pick 2 picks later , makes perfect sense to me

Halifax is not trying to benefit with a easy playoff route. When they want to win the Memorial cup they will taking on all incomers. This is not our year to do that.

Yeah not too concerned who we play in the 1st round. Maybe its good experience to win a round, but don`t think we would go much further. I think it would have been more important to get an earlier pick to get the guy we want. Who knows, maybe they still get the same guy.

Wonder what it is like going to a game hoping that the team you cheer for loses? This isn't for the #1 pick overall sweepstakes.

I had noticed other posters commenting on the subject in other threads, I saw he got yet another such penalty today so thought I'd mention it. I haven't trolled on it before. Don't get your jacque straps twisted.
