I don't think you are. I think when Moncton is forechecking hard and moving their feet, they are the better team at 5 on 5 ... hemming you guys in for long stretches. But penalties have tended to switch the momentum back and forth, and they (mainly referring to Moncton) lose that hard driving posture that served them well before the rush of penalties. I found that Moncton would lose their momentum when they'd have to kill 2 and 3 penalties in a short period ... and it took awhile to get it back. They usually got it back when they got a PP of their own. Both teams need to stay out of the box ... as in any series really. Both teams have a good PP and so penalties can easily turn into goals. Plus ... killing penalties wears the players down. Moncton needs 4 lines working hard ... and they'll win. We lost games 1 & 2 because we had too many passengers. If we have passengers tonight ... we probably lose. LOL what series are you watching? We outworked and outplayed you 5 on 5 in games 1 and 2 handily. Game 3, we came out completely flat and looked like a Midget B team in the 1st period. Once we got back on track we carried the play 5 on 5. I don't think Moncton had 1 dangerous scoring chance 5 on 5 in the 2nd or 3rd period. You continue to post anything to get a rise out of people. Some things never change. Too bad for you we actually watch the games. As I said ... in games 1 and 2 we had too many passengers. You were the better team becuase you didn't have passengers. Last night we worked hard with 4 lines and had you bottled up in your own end ... until we started getting penalty calls against us. Then the momentum shifts and we start backing up instead of attacking.

Well very poor play by the defence in overtime gave Moncton this win.

I can't get over how much the Mooseheads make the 2nd seeded team in the league look so bad. Out essentially the entire 2nd line tonight (Gadoury, Fortier and Watt) and they still take them to OT and nearly win it. Losing Gadoury was the turning point in the series. With 2 one goal losses he would have made a huge difference. While you can be disappointed by the loss you can't be disappointed with the effort

I would really like to see the reply of that quick wistle at the end of the 3rd.
I had a pretty good angle and at no point was the puck even close to being covered. Looked to me the ref didn't know what to do and just blew the wistle.
The puck was just sitting in the goal line.

I blame Reesor for the loss - detailed what the Cats had to do in order to win against the Moose in Game 3. Just kidding. The Moose played hard in overtime and had chances to win. It just wasn't meant to be but to lose by one goal is nothing to be ashamed of, especially when short 2 of our better players and playing a top team. The off-side calls against the Moose (when they weren't) bothered me too.

Moosehead fans, no excuses, don't blame the refs. Bottom line, the Mooseheads didn't get the job done.
Anyone know how long Gadoury and Fortier are out for?

At the whistle the puck is somewhere in Dubeau's gear but he isn't sure so tries to find it and it pops loose and rolls to the goal line. The whistle had gone long before it got to the goal line.

Which is why I said I would like to see a reply. Just said from my angle in the rink it looked quick. I'm sure it looked different on TV.
