Thats something the league could overturn if the ref did not see it all. Very rarely is. Can't ever remember it being overturned. I cant recall the specifics but I remember an appeal by the Moose where it was changed. A for instance, a player hits someone and they throw him out, on review he was being pulled by another player. Since the aggressor was not clear, as stated by others, and the incident was changed(not the specific player) it was not all seen clearly was it. I was not at the game so it was a general comment. edit: Foggy but I think it was the one where Moose player was pulled into opposition bench during fight.

No suspensions for Vuic, C. Moynihan or Klebanskyj as per Willy Palov. Wonder what happened with the aggressor?

When they were tied up by the linesmen, Moynihan made one "sort of" swing towards Kleb but I wouldn't really call it a punch, almost like he tried to grab at his shoulder/arm. But it was pretty harmless and that was the only thing that was somewhat different from a typical grapple being broken up by a linesman. Seemed like a very weak thing to throw an aggressor penalty at.

But you see that was the point. After all the trash talk you guys launched after Game 1 I thought you would see the irony. Gave you guys too much credit...

The only time I have ever seen anything overturned it was where the officials were not sure of the rules or what they should call.
Last night the officials huddled or a while when they were deviding penalties so they may have intended to assign penalties in a way that would not cause suspensions. So perhaps after the game things were sorted out. It really was not that an agregious an ending to that game.

Klebanskyj was bleeding when he got to the bench so the trainer handed him a towel. Neither guy got a fighting major because no punches were thrown before that last lunge ... just grappling. Moynihan got the agressor major becuase of that late punch. The game sheet was changed several times in the 30 mins after the game ... so I assume they ultimately got it right for what the Refs wanted. But thats typical ... nothing to disadvantage the Mooseheads.

Instead you tell us what happened even when its wrong and then whine about your fake facts. "If I had to guess"... the aggressor might have been for Moynihan holding him in a headlock (I'm assuming as payback to what Klebanskyj did to him) while the refs tried to separate him. The short punch/swing as they were separating didn't appear to land at all, and Klebanskyj was already bleeding from eating some Moynihan punches earlier in the fight in tight.

I saw it happen ... thats what happened ... you obviously didn't see it. Why disagree if you didn't see it ? Klebanskyj had Moynihan in a headlock ... not the other way around ... and why Klebanskyj was given the helmet pull misc.
