Really like the 2008 group from Nova Scotia. Aiden O'Donnell and Aaron Chipp are two of the top 08 Fs in that group. O'Donnell can rip a puck and has a Major Junior frame, very strong on the puck and has softer hands for a big guy. Definitely uses his size to his advantage so very interested to see the adaption to U18 hockey. Chipp is one of the smartest players I've seen at the U15 level. Skating, particularly acceleration will need some work but great vision and awareness off the rush and in-zone offensively. Nice mitts too. New Brunswick has the best 08 in all of Atlantic Canada, Tynan Lawrence. He'd push for a top 3 spot in next years draft if he commits to the Quebec league (going on Year 2 with SSM next year). Smart, skilled with the puck and can fly. He would without question have a shot at the Youth Olympics game team for next year. The best defensemen in the province is probably Jacob Gouchie, again, interested to see the transition to U18 hockey after using his size to his advantage a lot in the U15 loop. PEI has a few. Brody Dawson (F) and Jackson Batchilder (D) are probably the best two, both impressed me at the Canada Games. Haven't seen them much outside that unlike the NS/NB kids so won't say too much but it won't take long for them to catch your eye next season in the rink. Newfoundland doesn't have a great 08 group outside of Caylen Blake. He is also heading to the US next year to play at Mount St. Charles, but more a move to get out of Corner Brook from my sources, still very open to the Quebec league. Won't even bother with Quebec - haven't seen almost any of them

Dylan Rozzi is a high end prospect but his brother Jake didn’t come to the Q so we’ll assume Dylan will follow in his footsteps.

I'll add another name. Keep an eye out for 2009 born Alexis Joseph. It's possible he gets approved for exceptional status to enter the draft as a 14 year old. Size won't be an issue at 6 foot 2, 175 pounds.
Over 2 points per game as a 13 year old in U15 last season. He was even called up to the U17 level for 3 games and registed 2 goals and 1 assist.

Meant for it to be Brody Molloy from PEI (originally NL), not Brody Dawson (although another interesting player from NS).

Looking for info on a couple of PEI players named Brody Molloy and Will Mossey. Both are forwards and both played on the PEI entry at the QMJHL Cup. A third of the way into the season, neither shows to be actively playing according to Elite Prospects. Strange more than anything - and could be injuries? Hoping somebody could shed a bit of light. Molloy is at Stanstead and Mossey is playing in the U16 circuit between NS/NB/PEI

As of New Year's day - I have Dylan Rozzi at number 1 on my list. Alexis Joseph would have been number 1 had he filed for exceptional status, but he elected not to. I now have a master list of 457 players with stats updated weekly. All stats have been updated as of January 1st, 2024. As of this morning, there are 106 individual player profiles listed (about 6 full rounds). I add 2 or 3 more every day. These profiles will be updated after the U18 regular seasons have been completed (most teams have now played between 25 and 31 games of their usual 30-35 game seasons). We look at the Christmas break as the half way point in major junior and Junior A, but in U18, the regular seasons are quickly winding down. 189 of the 457 players have been identified as A; B; C and D prospects: A - 1st Round B - 2nd and 3rd Rounds C - 4th and 5th Rounds D - 6th, 7th and 8th Rounds All other prospects will be 9th round plus. How do you view this list?

You ever get an answer to this? I don't want to advertise here on the forum. It's for sharing information. Just go back in the thread a bit. But it’s not accessible. I’ve joined the forum, account approved, came back to click the link and it says I don’t have permission to view that thread 🤷🏼♀️

There’s now a $50 fee to access the info … Oh. Thanks for letting me know. I thought I was missing something.

Power to him for trying to get something going and I appreciate the work. But for someone who is a self proclaimed not a scout and not an expert in this thread, I’m a little hesitant to pay for a service.
