Just checking to see if anyone know whether or not there will be any coverage TV or Web for the Under 18 tourney at the end of this month? you'll get something via the IIHF website, they'll at least do boxscores. They often do recaps of most international tourneys there too. We get press releases from them but I'm not sure if that stuff goes on the site.

Yeah the IIHF is great except the damn thing pops up everytime it refreshes which isn't always a good thing when I'm talking to my boss and the score pops up

This actually rivals the IIHF tournament so there won't be anything on that site either not even sure where to find a box score.

Yeah there is IIHF is in the spring which is dumb really because they can't get the best players available but then again then do that all the time.

PIESTANY, Slovakia (CP) - Steve Stamkos of the OHL's Sarnia Sting had two goals and three assists to lead Canada past Slovakia 7-6 in an under-18 hockey exhibition game yesterday.
Stamkos and linemates Chris Doyle of the QMJHL's P.E.I Rocket and Jordan Eberle of the WHL's Regina Pats led the way offensively for Canada with 10 points (five goals, five assists). Doyle had two goals and an assist while Eberle added a goal and an assist.
"There's a nice blend there," Canadian team coach Dave Barr said of the line.
The game was a tuneup for 2007 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka tournament, which will be held in both Hodonin, Czech Republic and Piestany, starting tomorrow.
Canada is in Group A with the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.
Pool B consists of Finland, Slovakia, the United States and Russia. Canada begins defence of its title tomorrow against Sweden in Hodonin.

Got any in the Czech Rep.?
I mentioned Sweden I think they had the IIHF one there and I found it online once but this one isn't getting much coverage at all but I'll take whatever anybody can give me at this point. I know TSN won't cover it much at all they are heavy supports of the IIHF.
Like ya said though once it gets started it may get alittle more coverage just like to be able to see a few games.
