when your winning 4-1 their is no need two roll only 2 lines! as for 2nd pp 15 second shifts dont really count, what im saying is if you keep a 16yr old play him and you will have your mem cup, i recall quebec winning a mem cup against us with a 16 yr old! I don't know what game you were watching ... but Bissonnette got lots of icetime last night ... and every player played a lot. I think only Demitruk sat out for any length of time as I think Flynn sat him down for a period after a bad penalty. All of the penalties we had to kill also played a part in Bissonnette's icetime as he is not ready for PK work. Rookies like Petterson, Bissonnette, Jodoin, Demitruk, Famin are getting lots of icetime ... as was Roski before he was hurt. I think Bissonnette even said in a recent Hodge article that some of his other friends around the Q are envious because he was getting so much regular icetime. On a lot of teams ... the 16 YOs are sitting in the stands half the time. Interesting point on Dimitruk....I'm seeing a very well disciplined team here just like our cup year, sure we are going to get penalties from time to time..its hockey but examples like not retaliating after Riopel got hit a few times or one time I recall Stephens getting hit as he was going to the bench but just shrugging it off. I'm very impressed with Flynns discipline and will only help us in the future.

what i find a little disappointing is the amount of ice time BISSONNETTE is getting, he is a 16 yr old like GORMLEY, you need to play him for him to develop, sitting him will only hurt his confidence, in my opinion he is our best guy on the power play that can handle the puck, he needs to play with a couple of good players so he can develop like GORMLEY playing with BARBERIO, same goes for DOMINGUE he needs to play to develop! these guys will bring you the mem cup!!! Not every 16 year old is as advanced as GORMLEY, BISSONNETTE plays more than most 16 year olds, he is on the 2nd PP which most of them are not. DOMINGUE plays behind the best goalie in the Q RIOPEL so he'll get his 15-20 starts. You don't win MEM CUPS with 16 year olds. Blackburn-Kootenay
