John Moore reporting on his twitter:
"Could this be first of a number of changes for the Moose? New player in town and will skate at practice today. More later this afternoon."

Wonder who it is? Regardless, proabably won't make much of an impact.

If the new guy sticks we probably will be younger and this could signal the end of the non acheiving 19's and 20's in other words the rebuilding could really go in high gear as the basement looks very acheiveable. Also why does that silly girl do the between periods foolishness asking questions like what is your favorite song, team, etc, etc when she should be asking why are you not playing very well.

You mean Shannon Slaughter. Her first-intermission interviews were always meant to provide a light-hearted look at individual players... Hard-hitting questions are more suitable for John Moore on the post-game show IMO.

Her questions use to be game related and quite lame/boring since she doesn't know much about the on ice product. I'm happy she has switched her questions to kind of follow TSN's next question format.

So do we know if this player is a player in our system (ex:Boudreau, Bishop) or a new player all together?

I'm going to assume it's another George Dunn type tryout invite. An 18 yo Rain Carnegie would be nice though.

Wonder who it is? Regardless, proabably won't make much of an impact. Never know. A few years ago, we out of nowhere had a new guy at practice that nobody had ever heard of. Turned out to be Paul McIlveen, who went on to score 37 goals and 89 points for us as a 20.

John Moore follows up:
"Could be new face in Moose lineup Thursday. 18 year old forward Lester Brown is not an import but Dutch. Plenty of speed and some skill."
Perhaps LLLP has more info on this guy?
