Mark Barberio scored his first (and second) career goals vs Carolina yesterday. 1st star to boot. I liked the promise he made himself a while back that he wouldn't get his hair cut until he scored his first NHL goal. He was obviously determined to make it. Who would have guessed that out of our big 3 in 2010 (Barberio-Savard-Gormley) that Gormley would be the last to make it to the NHL and score a goal?

Well Gormley is 2 years younger and on a team stacked with D prospects. But you're right, nobody would have said that at the time.

Yup wearing number 33. Will be sweet to see Yandle and him play for the same team. The two best number 3's we've ever had.
