What's been your best pick(s)?
Obvious my best picks have been Mantha and Currie with the latter being one of the last 20 YO picked. Having 2 guys near the top of the league in points isn't good enough to put me close to the playoffs but my defense is terrible.
Steeves obviously was a terrible pick. Having to drop my 3rd rounder before he even played a game sucked but who you can't predict injuries like that.
Phaneuf would have been a GREAT free-agent pick up if Marcoux was injured longer though.

fucale I am happy with as he will be goo din years to come (as well as this one). Happy Gabe Desjardins is playing on a good line and getting some serious points, but I can't believe ho well Ciampini has been doing for me.
On the other hand my D is terrible.

I have to say Andrighetto. I was this close to taking him ninth overall when Duclair went a pick before me, but decided on someone younger. Then I didn't want to be stuck without a decent goalie, so I skipped him at 30, and was shocked when he was still on the board at 47.
Honourable mention to Jonathan Racine.
Worst pick: Gobeil is an easy one, but I really wish I hadn't panicked on the Gregoire pick. He's playing well - and if I just flipped the list so that my first three picks were Andrighetto-Brassard-Gregoire instead of the other way around, I'd be happy, so I really have nothing to complain about.

That's one way of looking at it. Flop your steals for your bad picks and your draft isn't bad at all. Injuries are a HUGE factor too though. Duclair wasn't a bad pick on my part but his injury makes him one of my worst players. Luckily he's back this evening I believe.

The good thing about Duclair is that he is only 17, so even if he's not putting up big numbers this year, he'll be a beast for two more. For that reason, I had him ranked ahead of MacKinnon on my preliminary list.

Best picks:
Frederick Gauthier (#101, R6) Ryan Culkin (#139, R8) Gabriel Bourret (#63, R4) Bronson Beaton (#166, R9)
Worst Picks: Jan Kostalek (#128, R7)
I took P.Desrosiers in round 3 but that may not look like such a good pick this year but for a keeper pool pick i think it was pretty good with the core of the Oceanic.
Fournier, Hudon, Archambault are so-so. Not bad my any stretch but ones that would/could maybe be better.

Be kinda cool if everyone nominates their best pick and then put it to a poll 1 vote from each GM

Best pick: Matt Murphy
Worst Pick: Alexandre Carrier. Hes out with a injury and hasn't got a point yet.

Best pick for me this season was Carl Hozjan, hands down. Got him in the 10th round, and flipped him for a first next season and a quality starter in Robin Gusse.
Second best pick was Martin Reway, in the 8th round. He was also the principle player in a deal that got me a first rounder and Dillon Fournier.
Best FA pickup was Petr Straka, although it seems extravagant having a 20E on a rebuilding team. Not much trade market for him, but he keeps my roster interesting for this season.
Worst pick was probably Beaupre, but I knew he might sign a pro contract before I drafted him. Another pick I'm not proud of taking Shea in round 3, but I was able to "sell high" before he played a game, so all was not lost.
My true best pick might not be known for 1-2 years.

Of the top picks (ie 1-5ish) it's looking like Drouin might be the best one based on future seasons.
It's easy in hindsight but if i had #1 I would have taken him (and I did actually say that at the time to BB!)
