Yes, they're pleasant enough, but it doesn't seem to matter in that office.
Whoever is there, it always seems as if it's their first day on the job.

the front office staff is new, there was an ad in the paper a few weeks ago and i know Stacey has moved on.
i picked up my ticket today, and had moved my seat and had no problem at all, only issue i had was that i had referred to someone to buy a season ticket and they are on a payment plan, so i can't get my jacket till that is paid off. I asked when that would be and she wasn't sure, apparently even tho there is a deadline for payments, they work with you to make sure u can afford them, or so the new girl seem to indicate to me, so not sure when the payment plan for this person ends, and she bought something like 5 tickets....have a feeling i am not going to get my ticket this year. it was my second time in the office today, picked up my tickets earlier today and then back to ask about jacket, so....still gotta wait i guess....i did my job i think, i referred them, they have bought, apparently tho they only get so many tickets until the balance is paid off so i guess they don't get a booklet...
staff very friendly, just hoping that i actually will get my coat.....but more looking forward to seeing the on ice product.....did see gary connolly both times i was there....nice if the marketing manager might say hello to season ticket holders and the second time in less then 5 hrs might wanna see if everything is ok.....just sayin!

Got my tickets today, booklet looks good. We didn't get the Rocket Card though so I am assuming they aren't ready yet. Ahhh hockey is back, can't wait for the game tomorrow even if it is just pre-season

If not, I can go up there and raise hell - it's not something I like to do, but I'll do it anyway. Wanna see that jacket on opening night, I don't care how hot it is in there! |

Ya know what JR picked up the tickets and he didnt even ask about the jacket....says he forgot. They never mentioned anything about the jacket though when he got the tickets.

Anybody else having issues with the tops of their tickets coming off? All my outside tickets in the booklet have the tops half ripped and I talked to a couple people tonight who said the same thing. May cause some issues at the gate this season if they break off completely.

nightmare continues.
i show up at the will call window and i am passed "comp" tickets beside the zamboni entrance. so they print the wrong tickets for me THEN they try and stick me in seats that i did not chose, just in case they have resold my season seats for this game.. needless to say they were told i paid for the season i paid for and that is where i will be sitting regardless if they re-sold them.
unreal.
i give them 3 more years before this machine is run into the ground.
