Week one Team of the Week - Salmon Beach (25.0 points)
The Tic-Tac-Toe took advantage of the fact that they were the only team with all ten players in the lineup and took an early lead in this season. Cape Breton Rookie P-L Dubois lead Salmon Beach with 4.8 points following a very impressive opening weekend.
On the flip side, only five of Plaster Rock's players were active this weekend, leaving the Storm at the back of a cluster of teams hoping NHL camps start making cuts sooner than later.
There was an error in this week's scoring; Sunday's games were omitted. Stats are now fixed.

Didn't expect that at all with the team having 6 guys 17 or younger.

Week Two - Team of the week: Englishtown (20.8 points)
The Giants took the honours this week, edging Salisbury (20.6) and Plaster Rock (20.1). Lameque's strong week sees them vault into top spot as the Cod Eaters find the penthouse much more comfortable than the basement they lived in most of last season.
The Mariners are desperately awaiting the return of some key players as only five of their players have dressed, and a sixth (Cavan Fitzgerald) will be out for a while with a broken kneecap. Their 4.8 points were easily the week's lowest, and they find themselves looking up from the bottom.

Week Three - Team of the week: The Privateers, along with the Dalhousie Moosehead Rangers and Souris Tunamen each take big jumps up the middle of the pack as more junior players have been returned to their Q-Clubs. A few more will trickle in over the next week or two, but the teams are playing with close-to-complete lineups. Salmon Beach will hope for a little more production out of their complete lineup, as their 10 players could only muster up only 8 points between them.Big thanks to johnstrow for the audit. A few errors found changed the standings a bit.

Week Four: Team of the Week : Dalhousie (36.5 points)
The league's newest team takes the week's biggest leap, moving up nine spots from last week. Souris on the other hand plummeted four spots and is reportedly in the market for an upgrade. NHL season starts tonight, so anyone who's coming back is back, save a few injuries. We're rolling now!

Week Five - Team of the Week: Souris (27.3 points)
The Tunamen finally get a little goaltending and ride a big week into fifth spot, up four from last week and back to where they sat after week three. The season is still young, and big weeks can still cause major ripples in the overall standings.

Englishtown scoring only 1.8 points can't be right can it?

Week six - Team of the Week: Salisbury (30.1 points)
Salisbury's strong week vaults them into first place following this weekend's games. The Sandbaggers' forwards are carrying the club, with Christophe Lalonde's 28.8 points leading the way. Lalonde is tied for second in the league with 28.8 points contributed to his team. Only Montague's Alexis Loiseau has more.
Hunter River slips further back of Port-aux-Basques into last place with a week-low 11.6 points.

Week seven - Team of the Week: Souris (45.9 points)
A large number of high scoring games led to a HUGE week in scoring. To put it in perspective: over the first six weeks we averaged just shy of 310 collective points per week scored. This week's total is 429. Arichat joined the Tunamen with a score above 40 (41.4), while Dalhousie, North Sydney and Salisbury all topped 30+ points.
Salmon Beach missed the gravy train, picking up only 12.2 points. Someone has to be on the other end of a blowout I suppose...

Week eight - Team of the week: Lameque (31.2 points)
The Cod Eaters have put last season's clusterfuck behind them and are making their way up the leaderboard, jumping the Marines and gaining on the Tunamen. Souris added some offense, and rumours persist that North Sydney is close to landing an upgrade in goal, so it will be interesting to see if Lameque makes changes to keep up. They did add Luca "Above Average" Ciampini to the lineup, filling the overage spot left open my Dominic Poulin's CIS defection.
The Big Stop is a-buzz as the league leading Sandbaggers put up the week's second biggest score, putting a few more points between them and second place Souris. The Sandbaggers become the first team to pass 200 points on the season.
At the other end of the table, Hunter River become the last team to pass 100 points. The Clippers 13.3 was better than three other teams, including Fredericton, with a week-worst 11.6.

Week nine - Team of the Week: Souris (33.5 points)
Eastern PEI has a lot to cheer about this week as the Tunamen ride a good week into first overall. New forward Alexis Loiseau made an immediate impact with the fans, who prior to this year were forced to be content with middling teams and a GM with no clear plan.
Both Salisbury and Lameque are very close behind the Tunamen. After convincing wins by Dorchester and Allardville the last two seasons, we may actually have a bit of a race this year.
Port-Aux-Basques is carrying four members of the Halifax Mooseheads, and as the Herd struggle, so too do the Mariners, who posted 11.7 this week and slip one spot to 16.

Week ten - Team of the week: Souris (39.7 points)
Souris got another big week from Conor Garland and manage to stretch their lead a little bit at the top of the table. Consistent Goaltending remains a bit of a concern with the Tunamen as Callum Booth and the Remparts had a rather underwhelming weekend trip to the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region after shutting out the Sea Dogs on Wednesday.
Port aux Basques made a few moves on D for this week, but still put in the lowest score of the week. The Mariners now sit just 2.2 points ahead of Hunter River who sit in last place.

Week Eleven - Team of the Week: Arichat (25.2 points)
A league-best 25.2 sees the Privateers jump up into fourth place while Salisbury moves into second as the top third of the table sees some shuffling this week.
Port-Aux-Basques put last week's horror behind them. They now sit well ahead of Hunter River, who were league lowest this week (8.7)
