A little shocked that they have Southy at #4.......hopefully this makes him a little more hungry to work even harder at his game.......

Very surprised to see Southorn that high. The kid is definitely a player though. Big and strong, plays really well defensively and has offensive upside. Like you said Score, hopefully he'll see this and it'll motivate him.
I expect Doyle to move up a bit as the season goes on as well. Kana's size will likely hold him back.

Good for Southy to be ranked that high....Doyle being ranked a bit lower should light more of a fire under him to move up, he seems like he pays attention to that stuff.

Wouldn't go much by those rankings. Voracek was ranked 7th in the Q last year.

CSB was the only ranking that had Lafleur anywhere near the top, and he was the second NA goaltender selected. They get some things right...

Anyone who saw Kelsey Tessier play here in October would find it hard to believe that he's ranked below Southorn.
I like Southorn, but I think this ranking is too high.
Must be a premium on defencemen, I'd say.

Well this is only the Q skaters so these stats are a bit of from the real ranks that include every players, id rather see the whole list of Rankings lol, also I thought Lafleur was the 1st goalie picked last year?

Also keep in mind of highly ranked skaters from last year aka Lund and Haddad

Sorry, he was the first NA goaltender selected and the second one overall. My bad.

I wouldn't put much weight in preliminary draft rankings in November, alot can happen between now and June. Players can move up drastically and others can drop like a rock by the time June rolls around, besides ISS and other scouting services will be coming out (if they haven't already) with different lists, it's all about perception by scouts and people who run these services. IMO it doesn't matter if a player was taken in the top 10 or in the 4th round of a draft as long as they are drafted, they all attend the same camps and are evaluated by the same people at the NHL camps.

NHL Central Scouting seems to put next to zero effort into their November evaluations from what I've seen in previous years.
