Latal's slump has been going on for half the season
he was on fire when he first came back.. right now he's just a playkiller
taking stupid penalties, dropping the mitts, one timing shots into the corner, and creating turnover after turnover...... something is wrong

I also think he's having a hard time adjusting to the new coaching system, while others, like Lachaine, are flourishing. His time at the 2008 World Junior Championships might take care of his inconsistent playing.  |

I'm not saying he hasn't been invited/selected or anything, but did I miss the announcement of him being selected? |

It's something that I've told a few times by more than one person. I know it's just rumour and talk, but it wouldn't be the first time someone's ego got a bit inflated and had it affect his play. |

I have no idea why the Rocket haven't announced this, but apparently he's leaving soon for the World Junior's. From what I heard, it's a first for a Rocket player to be invited. ;D
