I'd be surprised to see him claimed actually He's proving his attitude is too shitty. Major red flags this early in his career.

Major red flags this early in his career. don't think its the attitude really...... i think the kid is just what he is... a supremely gifted one way player with no ability to grasp how the pro game is played his parents and coaches along the way didn't do him any favors in that regard..... and the Pens screwed him up by keeping him up when he would been far better off in the AHL ..... but hey he has money and stats that he can always take with him and i'm sure he'll get a few more kicks in the bigs before its all said and done... just dont see him as an NHL regular

NHL game is too quick and requires too many other skills that he never developed along the way

Chlapik on his way back up. Hopefully he is there to stay. 6 minutes of ice suggests he's not ready in the eyes of the staff there... i think he was called up to replace Bobby Ryan being a healthy scratch.. I doubt he's there more than a week

It's the last year of his entry level contract. This is the last year that Ottawa can send Chlapik up or down without having to send him through waivers. This is the year for him to establish himself as an NHLer.

He only has 1 point in 5 AHL games so far. Have to crank it up to get noticed. Should be a good opportunity when trying to crack the lowly Sens roster. It's the last year of his entry level contract. Antoine Bibeau heading back to the NHL. The Avs called him up earlier today. Hopefully he sees some playing time. His last NHL action was in the 16-17 season with the Leafs.
