There was some talk Kielly might consider a pro opportunity after last season with the Panthers.
He’s had a great AUS career. I’d have to think there will be a possibility to play pro once he finishes his university degree.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that BIG Ben Casavant holds the highest pt total for a 17yr old in the PEI Rocket/Charlottetown Islanders history.

I was just looking through some statistics for some of our former players and saw that former PEI Rocket Deverick Ottereyes is playing in his 5th and final season of University hockey at Nipissing University in North Bay, Ont. It's great to see how he's been able to continue his career playing university hockey and has been able to work towards a university degree. For a kid from a very remote community in northern Quebec, hockey provided a great opportunity for him.
