Rumor on the french board that Shawinigan will send us Sylvestre. That will be a nice add. But at what cost?? ...if its true of course Yikes. Wonder what the cost is ? My guess: Shawinigan's 2018 2nd rounder A 3rd rounder (Either Chicoutimi's 2018, Moncton's 2019 or Moncton's 2020) Derek Dicaire

seems like an odd move, because that's essentially buying and I can't imagine his price tag being cheap, however he will be back as an OA next year if Moncton thinks they can compete. It also seems like a fabricated rumour IMO. Moncton are buying? Give me a break! It's all part of the master plan. Upset Bathurst in the first round.

We better hold onto Grametbauer.

But at what cost?? ...if its true of course I could see making that move in June. they definitely need help on D, but I would make deals to move some of the 19 year olds and get a couple OA's as futures in those deals.

We better hold onto Grametbauer. Unless they can get a lot for him and pick up a cheap OA, but it still leaves you short next year...

The cheap oa would hopefully be able to handle the load for this year Not sure a cheap OA exists..its nice to dream up all these scenarios but there's only 1 20 year old goaltender the cats can realistically trade for which is Samuel and I doubt he is cheap. Not sure what the point of trading away a 19 year old goaltender & then turning around and using assets for a 20 year old goaltender and still having a hole to fill next season which could be potentially more expensive.

I can't see Gramet moving this year unless the offer is that good, I think when you guys traded for him there was intentions he'd be here till he was done in the Q. It really seems that contending teams are mainly targeting Samuel or Montpetit.

There are guys like Bishop and Potvin who afre in jr.A , maybe guys in other CHL leagues. This is assuming you can get a big return for Grametbauer. If that market isn't there, all bets are off.

Don't see why they would want to trade Grametbauer, I don't see Wait ready to be a number 1 starter, perhaps another year as a backup but certainly not now. If they are trying to contend next year the will need Grametbauer that's for sure.
