Lots of fringe players playing against a highly skilled SJ lineup. This one could be a blowout! Must be a highly entertaining game for the people who paid. Jesus, why do we still have so many guys who will certainly not be on the team three preseason games into the schedule? I mean I don’t expect the opening night roster six weeks before the season starts but hard to evaluate someone like Gaudreault when your being hung out to dry |

I mean I don’t expect the opening night roster six weeks before the season starts but hard to evaluate someone like Gaudreault when your being hung out to dry Well there’s not a lot to pick from when 7 or 8 of the guys who could be in this game have the flu or played last night like Spence and desnoyers and they aren’t gonna dress any vets that are locks so this is what we’re stuck with |

I don't think I'm surprised to see Blackmore go, but it's earlier than I'd have thought.

Can anyone say how Stephen Fox is looking out there? Coming out of a huge season in NSMMHL. Granted I didn't get a chance to watch every NS team last season, but I saw him a few times and he was a clear notch above every other player I've seen all year.

Did we really need another Goalie? I think we'll see Lavallee back to AAA for another year , Gray had good numbers in Jr.A last season with Campbellton and could also be used as an affiliate. |

Sounds like Gray was picked up for additional depth and for call ups when needed. Gaudreault has earned the back up spot, sure the Saint John game wasn’t his best but it’s hard to lay the blame on him for getting hung out to dry
