I'd say for a GM who "doesn't know anything about hockey", the last two years have been pretty effective and sets us up very well for the next three years.

Lol indeed - Mr Georgie is a fast learner if nothing else! I’m pretty happy with the trade period results. Nice we found a home for DOrio on a contender, I wish him the best!!! Gagne in and Boucher out, I’m down with that. Denisov has been a very nice add and now we have no worries in the second half and into next year re goaltending. |

Does anyone have or know where I can get a list of our remaining draft picks for the next couple of years? I looked on the French board but I don’t think it is up to date.
I Assume that Bouthilier is not under contract. What are the chances of him going pro or college next year?

Bouthillier was Chicoutimi's best player against the Titan in the playoffs last year. He should help the young team win a few more games this year, and I think he will be a big factor in helping the Dogs make the playoffs next year for sure. He was only drafted this past summer and he's not signed, so he should, by all means, be back. Worth the price paid imo.

I suspect so - Carreau (USHL) and Sauvé (NCAA) are both American. They have never played in the Q and aren’t going to now. Boucher - well, he could probably be claimed but not certain he’d report. Probably depends on which team. |

The good thing about what we did, is that we didn't move anything more than 2nd rounders. Drover and Belisle adds some extra 02s to our talent group, with Gagne being a huge add to our blueline and Bouthillier giving us a starter for next year and good depth for this year. Good luck with Gagné! Both Quebec and his previous team could not come to grips with him. I agree on Bouthillier pickup. |

D'Orio trade now on the website 2019-01-06 SAINT JOHN D'Orio, Alex(1999-04-28) BAIE-COMEAU RD_12, 2019 RD_1, 2020 And if the rumors are right the RD_12 goes back at the draft for a 20yr
Crossman, Ethan Chekhovich, Ivan Benoit, Christopher Alexeyev, Yaroslav Ethier, Thomas Brouillette, Marc-Antoine Aucoin, Yan Charlebois, Mathieu MacIsaac, Keenan Roy, Sacha Would expect they would prefer a D. wouldn't expect much of a 20 year old at the cost of a 12th round pick lol |

Not sure what is coming from Drummondville but I suspect it will be a 20 as well. I heard there's no guarantee that a player will be coming from BC as that part is conditional, but if a player does come he'll be a good player (don't know who). That's why the place holder is such a low pick. That way if the condition is not met, BC isn't really out anything. |
