With the error the Sea Dogs made with the development camp roster releasing Noah Patenaude’s name..... Is it safe to say that we will going with him in the upcoming Euro draft? Is he a highly touted prospect? As Leask said earlier, he doesn't count as a Euro. If he was removed, it is because either he changed his mind or we don't have approval to have him at camp yet. |

If he has gone through two drafts without having his name added to the draft list to be drafted, or not drafted at all, he can be added as a free agent

If he counts as a Canadian kid, why was he not added to the 2018 or 2019 draft (2002 born)? Can we just add him as a free agent, without him going through the draft? Not every kid gets listed. If you paid more attention and/or attended more QMJHL Draft Parties sponsored by TPB and Casa del Butler des Hombres, you would know there is a whole big section on the lists titled "Players added by other teams" or something like that. Obviously nobody wanted this kid and/or everyone forgot or didn't realize he could be considered Canadian and drafted in the normal Midget draft. Your attendance at the next draft is mandatory. You bring the chicken fingers. Not the cheap ones. We only eat the $8 kind. Don't try to trick us either. We can tell if they are the cheap ones by the teeny tiny crumblies. |

I didn't get to any of the events this weekend but according to John Moore it sounds like Drover and Stairs both looked very good. John Moore @rinkrant @sjseadogs coach Josh Dixon may want to consider Alex Drover and Dawson Stairs as linemates this season. The 17 yr olds with strong performances at development camp this weekend. Fredericton's Peter Reynolds was in fine form at @sjseadogs development camp this weekend. He ismoff to #BCJHL for 2019/20 and will re-evaluate options at end of season. @qmjhl #QMJHL (link: bit.ly/2WSs1A4) bit.ly/2WSs1A4 Sweet. On the plus side at least we can look forward to everyone from here, Twitter, etc etc doing the right thing and apologizing for all the nasty things they said about SJSD and how they rigged the draft etc I mean....all these accusers are such upstanding people and stand up fans of organizations that are flawlessly run and never do anything wrong. |
