Wilson seems like a very nice skater and handled the puck well. Doesn't look like a 10th round pick. While Dow has looked promising this kid would seem to have some upside. Why aren't we carrying a spare dman ? Wilson was drafted as a FW and seems to have converted to a defenseman in junior A. Certainly makes him a more intruging prospect as he showed some decent offensive skills last night. Yeah, I think he could step in next year at 18 after a full year on D in Jr.A. |

Heard Rumsey is sick. L'heureux at the U17's. Not sure about Dow, maybe giving Wilson a look, he looked good, at least on offense. Wilson seems like a very nice skater and handled the puck well. Doesn't look like a 10th round pick. While Dow has looked promising this kid would seem to have some upside. Why aren't we carrying a spare dman ? I think they were looking for a FA(18 or 19) to play ahead of Dow but things have not materialized yet. |
