I think one thread to do all the pre-Season games for the Sea Dogs will work. First one since Early March - Been a bit.
Game # 1 - Titan at Sea Dogs.
Not sure how Coach Gilbert does his pre-season lineup so no guesses on the that. We will know 1/2 hr before game time I guess. Going to see the full complement of forwards as we only have 14 at camp.
Should be interesting to see how TD Station does with the Covid. Wear your masks if your going. Will be giving some updates during the game.

I would expect maybe 800 or 900 in attendance max. all spread out so will be "interesting". Also, it is pre-season so none of the in-rink sponsor activities so should be over quick.

It appears that the Sea Dogs are playing all of the new guys except C-A Pagliarulo. Josh Lawrence, Joshua Roy, Jeremie Poirier, Kale MacCallum and Brendan Sibley are the others at training camp who are not dressing tonight.

The seadogs goaltending last night had me some moody..... Last nights goaltending should make you Moody. The first goal had a beautiful assist by Gartley. First shift in the Q nerves there. Second goal was going to be a penalty as the Dogs got caught and Drapeau was all over the Titan forward - Patendeau should have had that one. The third goal was a nice pass from the corner when both D went after the passer and Allison was left alone . Nothing Moody could do on that on. The other three looked weak however without replay I cannot verify. Other notes - Reynolds and MacDonald looked fast. (the league website has Cam MacDonald as Ben) Not sure what Reynolds did to get the 10min misconduct but they were noticeable. Stairs got faster. Gartley is a big boy - He will be a nice fit on the D line in 21/22 full time. Should be a fun season. |

D doing all the scoring, but allowing 6 goals? Hope the coach can change things around.
And for the haters, I know it is the first game and doesn't mean anything lol

Watched the game last night. I will try not to get to excited over the 2nd pre season game of the year but Drover looks like he may have found his game again or at least a big improvement over last year. Reynolds and Mac Donald had good games.
Drapeau has looked good and so has Gartley.
Probably better off for their development to send them back to U18 though.

I will try not to get to excited over the 2nd pre season game of the year but Drover looks like he may have found his game again or at least a big improvement over last year. Reynolds and Mac Donald had good games. Drapeau has looked good and so has Gartley. Probably better off for their development to send them back to U18 though. I agree. Dawson Stairs and Leighton Carruthers have also looked very good so far. |

Unfortunately we won't know if/when we might be able to call him up again. Gartley can be called up throughout the season if necessary.

Sea Dogs looks good and so do the Mooseheads, were going to hate each other by March; nice to see were both on the upswing!
