I was thinking that we would be loading up for a run next year but with the rumours of so many teams loading up imagine unloading for the next year or 2? Imagine what you would get for Guay Cormier and Budgell and even Laaouan to me if your not gonna add and go 100% all in this season which might be the plan I don’t know but if you don’t toI have to cash in with these high end assets.

I think you wait until the Christmas trade period and see where you’re at. If you’re near the top, you add...otherwise you sell everything you’ve got.

I was thinking the same but looking at picks the Drummondville 1st could be used to acquire a really nice too 6 forward at the draft.. I mean you have the best top 4 D core in the league in paper.. a veteran goalie is of need but if the euros can come over that’s a huge plus Barbanac has lots of top flight potential and from what I read Mensik can fill a role similar to the role Rydstrom filled in his tenure.. if we used some picks to add a top 6 forward at the draft your set up. I feel the window to go all in is this year and this year only... if your not gonna 100% go all in I hope they cash in on Cormier and other top value assets.

I wonder what moves will be made this off season we need a goalie for sure and a top 6 if JH wants to be a contender. With things likely to be opening up to full capacity in the fall. It’s probably best to have a good team that fans wanna see that way you might attract and keep the new fans. I just hope the team doesn’t sit idle I just don’t think this is a good year to do that I think you either go all in and try and win with it being a mem cup year in the Q or you sell off and build for the following seasons but In saying that I was told they were in the running for Hendrix Lapierre but fell short in getting him.

Plus the Islanders are acquiring probably the top 20-year-old forward in the league. Safe to say Peach is the odd 20 out? Can't be Budgell or Laaouan right?

Greene is supposed to start Boston University in the fall.
It's his draft year. First line winger on a contending team would be an enticing offer. He'd get more ice time here than as a freshman at BU.
But, of course, BU is a fantastic school with a great record of sending guys to the pros.
