And yet here we are 1 day before deadline and he has made one announced trade. One would also speculate that Cape Breton would have unloaded a bunch of players as well but nothing. Not even rumors. I would have thought if TG was going to make alot of moves we would have had at least some more rumors out there and not just speculation. But hey at least the post started some discussion. I think with these cases of there not being much movement or rumors that we expect a big "boom" of trades today and tomorrow and a lot of teams will finalize their rosters. |

Its not like there's 8 games tomorrow night these GM's are rushing to get moves done for. If you're a buyer or a seller how are you not waiting until now to try and get your best price? It works both ways and we always see a flurry of moves before the deadline. Will CB make moves? I'm sure they will. If not...the organizations health starts to become a major question off the ice as people are not going to support that type of head in the sand management. But with covid meaning there's no games there's no rush to make any moves. Everyone has the same deadline. TG only has so many assets. There's no rumors because its all been discussed to death as speculation. We've all talked about how the league coverage has changed these last 20 years as journalists and their publications allow themselves to become extended marketing branches of the team vs actually doing their jobs properly as journalists and reporting on the team...both the positive and negative. |

Also, with everyone working from home, the number of leaks has dramatically gone down in the last two years. The leaks have also gone down since Mikael Lalancette started unofficially working for the Remparts. |

Sure, Peeters hasn't had a great year, but he had 23 goals as a 17yr old and had 18pts in 16gms last season. He has deficiencies in his game, but he's far from useless. A fresh start on a talented team, would probably wake him up. Obviously Ivan or Ansons are a notch above, but Peeters is a good buy low candidate. |

Yeah I was going to say...Peeters is a bum eh? World Juniors player. 23 goals in his first year in the Q. If he gets everything going the rest of the year then he could be a steal. Every top 3 pick in the next 3 years and prospect should be moved to build a better roster then the oil kings. Like Bathurst did. They are a long way from the oil kings imo. |

19 year old season usually means you take right off. So if we do get him maybe he will start to out score McCluskey finally.
World jr? Ya look at the country he played for .
3rd line guy in this team maybe while they other euros could fit anywhere top 6.
He is super lazy also and Sapelnikov has 5 times the worth ethic.
