Bathurst forward group > Charlottetown forward group
Charlottedown defense group > Bathurst defense group
IMO.
Have to think both teams aren't done though. Still lots of good forwards out there for Charlottetown in Roy, Lessard (though he's been linked to Sherbrooke), Doucet, Stairs, Drover, Johnson, etc.
Bathurst still linked to a couple OA's on D, and a depth guy.

Also Charlottetown goalies > Bathurst goalies that’s obviously just my opinion

we all in here talking about Bathurst versus Charlottetown like the poor Sea Dogs don't even exist
it's gonna be a heckuva battle to come out of the conference.......
also there is really no rush for Hulton to respond to Bathurst moves
the team will add more definitely...... just a matter of how much and at what cost
enjoy the holidays everyone

A lot of good teams around, should make for fantastic playoffs!

Also Charlottetown goalies > Bathurst goalies that’s obviously just my opinion I think one of the most crucial comparisons is that Charlottetown's Coaching >>> Bathurst's Coaching ... but Jason Clarke is still unproven at this level.

Watching all of this dealing going on, and with 9300 cases in Quebec yesterday, and NS will probably reach 1000 cases per day next week, NB will probably be around 500+ next week, I have a hard time believing that this season will be completed. Even PEI is having its worst stretch of this pandemic. I think we are in for probably 2 months minimum of high case numbers. I realize we finished the season last year but I don't think that was the same conditions that we are now facing.
I hope teams are building in contingencies into these deals or they will suffer the same fate as those teams that went all-in in 2019-2020. But just like when buying a house, you can add in contingencies and conditions, but once multiple offers come in to the seller, the buyer that drops those conditions usually wins.

It'll be quite the ride as Quebec could still make moves too and they won't be taken lightly, 2 of Saint john, Charlottetown, Bathurst, and Quebec will likely be out in the second round
makes for some competitive and interesting hockey

I realize you like to think like this but many people actually are suggesting this outbreak is the beginning of the end of this damn thing finally...... i saw an interview with a doctor from the Montreal hopsital on our local news last night and he is expecting things to get worse til about mid January but then quickly improve i guess the point is that we really don't know eh again don't focus so much on case numbers....... and allow yourself a break from the covid gloom i really see no reason at all to think the season should not continue at some point..... it may well not be until late January.. early February..... it may well be reduced capacity crowds...... it may be a shortened season in terms of games played... but i think continuously predicting worst case scenarios does nobody any good

Right now the hospitals will be filled up with the unvaccinated primarily, and hospital/health care capacity is the key to whether we have to shut things down more. If 95% of the cases only result in mild, at home symptoms then we should come out of this ok. Plus, that Pfizer pill (and another like it) has been approved in the US and probably Canada soon that you can take and reduces sever symptoms by like 90%. It's going to be a tidal wave of cases for a few weeks, but overall we are in better shape to handle it than we were pre-vaccine.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas, with the numbers going up and up daily I definitely do not see the league starting again until at least end of January. Not sure how this will impact any more trades from here in out. It might not change anything I’m sure some trades will start again in the coming days

With the addition of 19yr old goaltender, Lapenna, Satny will be moved to a team and receive more playing time.
A new netminder will be brought in to backup Lapenna, then the Isles will make their big Splash.
Welcome to PEI Michkov!

Seen a report from a Sherbrooke reporter that they are considering selling says they aren’t interested in trying to keep up to Bathurst SJ and PEI not sure if they have many interesting forwards for us but maybe a guy like Huard would be a nice addition.
