By all means - there are people like you and Craig Eagles who absolutely hate stats and analytics and those who use them - and YOU fill YOUR fukkin' boots - man! i absolutely do not hate stats lol You have about 25,000 posts and I have less than 100. I just want to apologize for coming off the wrong way. You're a great poster - really. I get a bit ticked because so many people seem to call me out for posting the analytics. To me - they can tell so much of the game that goes unseen and I like that sort of thing - but I'm quickly realizing that the overall membership here doesn't really care. I'll stop posting them. Nobody called you out for it lol ONE person said he had no interest in it. Just stop with living on every edge of extreme. Find a middle somewhere. Nobody cares about your analytics in terms of you posting them. But you FLEW off the handle at someone saying they had no interest in the stats. That was on you. |

For the record...I also have no use for analytics. But those who love them can fill their boots with all their stats. Generally they tell you what other stats do. And also have huge holes in that they have no way to measure competitiveness and about a dozen other factors that the "eye test" takes into account. To each their own. But just enough with the PEOPLE HATE STATS and shoving analytics DOWN THE THROATS OF THOSE WHO DONT LIKE IT. Its ok to voice an opinion that I'm not going to argue about something and just have that be the end of it. There's no need to take someone on for their lack of excitement over very boring advanced stats that a good 95% of hockey fans could not care less about. Shoveling analytics down peoples' throats? Your every other post tells people to skip over what they don't like to read when you spend your days educating us on Covid with your self-proclaimed expertise. Isn't it time for you to make your daily rant about something non-hockey Jack? You've been here for 10 minutes now - LOL. You NEVER post about QMJHL hockey - yet you take aim at those who do.
