I haven't really sat down and looked at the Sea Dogs roster possibilities next year. But there is a chance Cape Breton over takes them. Just thinking out loud I can see the following players making moves to ECHL/AHL at least for the start of the year. - Dufor - Villeneuve - Kuznetsov - Daoust - Ansons Maybe Francis? Prorier? Also why is the Cape Breton section called NetScape VI? Is this some inside joke? Here is who SJ loses around 10pm  : Francis, Daoust, and Sevigny graduate as overagers. Kuznetsov and Ansons as drafted/signed Europeans both likely move on as they would be overagers next year. Only 3 of the following are eligible as overagers: Lawrence(rumored to be coming to CB), Burns, Bezeau, Blagden, Bowness, Dufour (surely pro bound), Lessard, Chantler, Picard all up front. Villenuve, Poirier, Desroches on the blueline. Couture, Hurtubise, Patenaude in goal. So thats 15 guys and only 3 can remain. |

Is there a euro prospect list for the upcoming import draft? Nope because it would basically be every 17/18/19yr old who isnt already CHL drafted (minus the banned countries players of course) The good thing is that there's a lot of hockey played in Europe so finding a good 17yr old high in the draft should be doable. Thanks JB that makes sense. Appreciate it. |

I know your a Quebec fan but that’s not the interesting tweet by RumeurQ connected to CB. This one is a little more juicy to me. That account is just copy and pasting the rumors we've been talking about for weeks already. Eagles end up with a 3rd 1st rounder...nobody knows whats going the other way. Another example of a twitter account with no sources just stealing info from the message boards. |

Yeah its just ironic to see someone who can be so hard on other posters come in and start posting things that have been discussed in this very thread as if its new news and using a source who is just stealing what we've been talking about. This is junior hockey. Many people have connections and post good info. Its generally pretty easy to tell who those people are getting decent info and those who are not but that was generally just 1 poster who is no longer able to do that here...and its not even about having 100% accuracy as things can change. But over time its easy to tell who is reliable or not. |
