The QMJHL semi-final series switches to Sherbrook for game #3 tomorrow afternoon. The teams split in Charlottetown so the pressure is on both squads to pick up a big victory on Sunday.
As has been mentioned in another thread, tomorrow's game is sold out, so there should be a boisterous crowd on hand to cheer on the Phoenix.
No updates since last game on our injured players.... so we likely won't know their status until close to game time.
Tomorrow's contest is at 5:00 PM ADT.

It's now getting deep enough into the playoffs where the game previews on the league website are starting to make more sense as far as trends and percentages. The Phenix are undefeated on home ice in the playoffs - while the Islanders are undefeated on the road. The Phenix PP is singing at 34.29% - while the Islanders PK is just under 90%. What a great way to wind down a Sunday with a 6 PM start. I believe the game had originally been set for a 3 PM (Eastern) start when the schedule first came out. The 6 PM Atlantic time slot is so much better with a sunny day expected weather wise. I see that the game is going to be broadcast on Eastlink - "courtesy Sherbrooke Phoenix" - so not sure if Eastlink will be broadcasting the CHL TV feed from Sherbrooke - or sending their own crew and cameras? My television listings for Eastlink show only the 7-8:30 time slot (Atlantic) for QMJHL hockey (Charlottetown vs. Sherbrooke) - but hopefully that's just a temporary listing and they will be showing the game in its entirety. I think I read somewhere that Kenzie Lalonde will be moving on from Eastlink - and best of luck to her wherever her path might lead. She came in a few years ago - no experience or blueprint - and she worked hard at it, honed her craft, and eventually opened some doors for herself. Anyone know how I can watch the game from out in Alberta. I have telus and I just checked all my channels and see no CHL or QMJHL hockey anywhere. I assume I’ll have to stream it?

Huge lift to get that last minute goal from Guay.
Both teams had numerous chances in that frame, so we will take the 1-0 lead.
Greasy game….officials look to be struggling to keep things in check. Nobody do anything stupid!

Their third line….Huard/Roelens/Ethan Gauthier….is making a lot happen. I think our top lines are better than theirs….but we need the depth guys on our roster to match theirs!
