Did you guys know we never won a game in the QMJHL Finals? If only there was some sort of constant reminder to let me know that the Charlottetown Islanders have never won a game in the QMJHL Finals. There must be some sort of Methot to tell us that we never won a game in the QMJHL Finals. That guy is such a biased jackass, they never should have let him near actual game coverage. What a statement tonight. Doesn't count for any more than a one-goal win would, but should boost the boys' confidence for the next one. |

I must say though what a fantastic job by the officials in the past 2 games. The maritime officials could take lessons, it will be interesting to see who is doing the game come Saturday This. I hope it’s not Hicks, for the simple fact it could throw some tension towards the isles. |

They wouldn’t put him in that spot, although I’m sure he would love it..that cocky prick. If we force a game 7 on the other hand…I’m sure we’d see the same rotation which would mean the game 2 officials would be back for game 7. |

Normally I'd agree with a statement like this. But tonight we really needed to get the offense uncorked. There were lots of guys squeezing the stick too hard and needed a game like this to hopefully get going. They should have kept some for the next game. |

So according to Lalancette the Masicotte hot on Boyd isn’t a automatic suspension because it wasn’t a match penalty. Hulton is calling for at least a game and Shawinigan is saying his feet stayed planted and his elbow stayed down. We will see if the league stays true to protecting players Boyd likely misses game 5 according to Lalancette

There will be a lot of sour people if he doesn't get suspended especially after Simoneau go suspended and the player came back. But again its Quebec if they suspend him they will be at a disadvantage. |
