Id suggest it a dead rumour now but ive seen weirder things happen. We signed an OHL forward today from the Sarnia Sting named Dannt Anger, he was 19 and a assistant captain at age of 18 Danny Anger 5'11" 190 lbs last year: 65 games played 6 goals 6 assists for 12 points and 63 pims.

Fast gritty, decent hands, used on the pk as he excells. I think his biggest asset is he was an assistant captain at 18. So he brings a lot of leadership qualitys. He was not cut or released he chose to play here. Hence he signed.

12 points in 65 games doesn't suggest much in the way of hands

I didn't think it was Bathurst, that's why I didn't comment much on him,,,,,,but wasn't sure as I've been away for a few days........one would think he would have mentioned Yarmouth in his post instead of "we"......lol........or just put it on the general discussion board.

No panic just billybob and shitdisturbersteve being their usual selves. I had heard quite awhile ago that Clendenning was pondering a change this season because he wasn't happy playing for Chabot ... and so now that Chabot has moved on it seems that reason no longer exists. If you care to read today's Acadie Nouvelle, it is mentioned that Clendenning could be heading for Islanders' training camp at the request of .....Chabot.... I guess that your misinformation scenario is not fine tuned....

I never said that Chabot didn't like Clendenning ... I said I heard that Clendenning was not fond of Chabot (just repeating what I heard ... I cannot confirm it as fact ... only Clendenning can) ... but I'm sure he'd be willing to set that aside for an opportunity like this. Plus ... I'm sure he knows that he will not jump to the NHL this year ... and AHL is probably his goal ... and he now knows that Chabot is not coaching there. There would obviously be a big difference in playing for Chabot as the Head Coach compared to playing on a team where Chabot is one of several assistants. On Chabot ... I consider him to be a gentleman and even if he had some disagreements with Clendenning over the year he is too good of a person to let that get in the way of helping one of his former players get ahead. If it was Larue ... he'd let it get in the way.

I heard it from the Father of one of our players ... just repeating what he told me from his own discussions with the player in question. I cannot confirm its accuracy.
