With the trade period coming to an end, I think you’ll see SJ make a couple final moves. Now I’ve been wrong before but you may see them sign a free agent or two outside of the Q. With MacDonald and Trenholm gone they need some centre depth. I’d be looking into the JR A leagues in Ontario, the CCHL etc… but what do I know Always..... be on your toes... with The Tendyyyy

Ianniello looks interesting. 25p in 28gp as a defenseman in CCHL.
It's crowded on the blueline now. Do you send one down, or move Akkouche back to forward?

Send down Richard to AAA, might be better for him as he is not playing much up here. Could help him as a player and us as a team for next season.

Creed jones went back to Rimouski after getting traded to Saint John at 20 I totally forgot about him. And that was like... actually really recent too. Also an incredible coincidence that it involved the same two teams Creed Jones. The only goalie to ever use his stick as a baseball bat in the pregame warmup.

Not the coach's decision. I don't think Nik wanted to play on a bottom feeder. He has nothing left to prove at this level. Also the possibility of him nursing a longer term injury and doesn't want to make it worse playing for 17th in the Q.

Terrebonne is in first place by a healthy margin - chances are they will be playing well in to May, longer than the last place Q team and would risk injuring himself the longer he played.

It appears that Dassylva will not be finishing the season with the team.

Terrebonne currently 30-2, first place, and hosting the Fred Page Cup in May and just added three pother Q players to the roster.

Rodzinski had 56 pts in 27 games ffs. And they've just added Hurtubise and Cardinal, two above average Q players. I can see why fringe Q players would find it attractive.

Hurtubise going for a "triple crown" so to speak lol. A Presidents Trophy, a Memorial Cup, and a Fred Page cup, that's a pretty impressive jr. resume if he can make it happen.

It’s a long time ago but Jacob DeSerres almost pulled off back to back Memorial cups while playing in the dub and Q… although I’m not sure getting smoked 9-1 in the final counts as almost getting 2 Memorial Cups but he at least got to the finals twice and won one.

True XD... tho to be fair, they lost 9-1 against the 09-10 Windsor spitfires. I think I'll forgive them for that one

I don't think midget is a good level for him. If everyone was healthy I think I would go with Tivey-DesRoche Bilodeau-Cosman Despont- Ianniello Akkouche if you go with 7. I know he is a forward but is really doing a great job on D
