The Titan now sit in a 3 way tie with Cape-Breton and Charlottetown with 37 points...Saint John isn't far behind at 34 either to sit in last place...
Titan losing 5 in a row has been rough and allowed both trailing teams to catch up...the team needs to bounce back at this rate or risk falling to the final 2 spots and potentially missing the playoffs which would not be good for revenue and gives Chicoutimi a lottery pick.
Titan play CB on Tuesday and the 2 points there are pretty big. Need a bounce back win.
this team is struggling in all areas. Hard to win games getting only 20-25 shots a game while allowing 30-40 most nights...

looking at the remaining games of the season the Titan only have 6 games against powerhouse teams and the rest are vs teams near the bottom of the standings or mid pack teams.
23 games:
2 vs Sherbrooke 4 vs Halifax
4 vs Cape Breton 4 vs Saint John 4 vs Moncton 2 vs Charlottetown 1 vs Blainville 1 vs Drummondville 1 vs Shawinigan
any of the games vs these second row of teams are arguably winnable...but winning vs CB, SJ, and CHA will be really important in making the playoffs.

In all honesty I think that CAP, SJ and CHA will all pass the Titan in standings. Titan have lost their way and I think they will be struggling until the end of the season.
CAP, SJ and CHA have a lot more skill and GRIT than the Titan.
Titan are playing soft and try to rely on skills wich they don't have. They should play a more simple game and by what they show, a few guys don't want to buy in that syle of play.
That's only my opinion and I hope I'm wrong, but that's my feeling.

It’s very possible and I agree with those points…this team just seems to have fallen apart since Kidney and Melanson left..which is a shame cause there are still some good players on this team but they’re not taking the jump I expected and most are streaky. But like I mentioned before it’s hard to win games getting like 20 shots a game..

Have faith in Gordie guys! I guess the real test will be what he can do next year and not really the remainder of this year.

Have faith in Gordie guys! I guess the real test will be what he can do next year and not really the remainder of this year. I disagree. Now is when his job is most important. Psychologically he has to be his best at keeping the kids focused and motivated inspite of the losses. He has to keep the kids learning the game and stress the importance of improving at each practice and each game without stressing about the score. He has to instill a work ethic that is directed at self improvement and understanding roles, responsibilities of each player on the ice so there's cohesion to their play. If he can't start improving the team this year and the remainder of the year is a waste, then he shouldn't be paid coz he isn't doing his job.

But look at how well he did with Saint John in the playoffs last year!

Hopefully he can do that the remainder of the year but I more so meant next year is important considering this is year 0 of our rebuild and the team should look much different next year. The team looks lost out there, losing 6 in a row now can't be that good mentally on the team and their next game is vs Sherbrooke...not looking good there either. It's ok to lose but if they can at least show signs of being in the game each night it's much better. But lately this team has no life...

difference between you guys and us is that even though we're both weaker teams, the future at the current moment looks a lot brighter for your squad with how the rookies are performing. The team is playing like they want to win and compete each night and coming into their own, the Titan is unfortunately the opposite...

75% of the game is about mental prep. Kids need coaching on and off ice.

Gordie is probably the most overrated coach in the Q… the Titan most definitely could’ve done better when hiring a coach and GM
