8 losses in a row now…team is just a lost cause out there at this point. Can’t do much of anything even against the weaker teams. Hard to think we will win more than a couple of games the rest of the way if they keep playing like this…
yesterday they did a pretty good job for 2 periods against Sherbrooke and it was entertaining then they just got absolutely blown out in the 3rd for 6 goals against…

9 in a row now…you really have to feel for Fleming in this one…6 seconds left in the game and a bad bounce leads to the shut out being broken and Drummondville going on to win in a shootout. He played on his head the entire game including OT and the shootout..he was so close to breaking the streak for the team. He is going to be a solid goalie the next 2 seasons I’m calling it now.
Arseneault is going to be exciting as well. He has an absolute rocket of a shot as shown on his goal and in the shootout.
This team overall must be having a rough go mentally..9 in a row is a tough pill so swallow and we have to hope that gets snapped soon…

Forster, Orr and Henneberry on to protect the lead at the end of the 3rd... This team needed a win and the best guys to put at the end of the third were these guys... Bad call from the coach!

I’ve been saying it since last year but Forster shouldn’t even really be here…I don’t see him as a Q level player, his only strong suit is his skating imo. But for a guy who’s 19 and has been given a BUNCH of chances in the top 6 constantly even after being demoted to the 4th line multiple times is crazy to me. He’s not the type of guy we need developing. Honestly giving guys like Edwards a chance higher up would be more ideal. Definitely not the line I would’ve had out there either…

Gordie is probably the most overrated coach in the Q… the Titan most definitely could’ve done better when hiring a coach and GM Guys have faith in him! He did so well with Saint John last year!

One thing you'll probably notice about Bobby Orr is he doesn't skate hard. I don't remember him ever skating at 100%. I don't know if it's an effort thing or a skating-style thing but it looks like he's coasting out there on most occasions.
He's been traded off of contenders three times so far in his career. He got traded to Halifax before Saint John took a step forward in 2020. He got traded off of Halifax this year, and got traded off of Gatineau as well. Have to wonder if his head is completely in the game. He's probably wasn't ready to make an impact on Saint John when he was a 17 year old. But he could've been a key player for Halifax, and he had every opportunity to be a key player for Gatineau when they had a ton of injuries. He just hasn't taken that next step. Now he'll be on a rebuilding team the rest of his Q career. I doubt a contender fills a 20 year old slot with Orr next season unless he can take that step forward. He's had a pretty rough junior career and I hope he can find his way if he wants to play hockey full time as a professional. I doubt Carolina signs him given what we've seen from him this year.

If he actually put the effort he probably could very well take that next step but I agree it feels like he isn't putting the effort of trying hard...It's a shame because being in his position and being NHL drafted he could make something out of it but if the effort isn't there...you're right I can't see Carolina signing him or another NHL squad after that for that matter unless he completely turns his game around.

Guys you have to have faith that Gordie can pull this team together and get them to the playoffs and into a deep playoff run like he did last season. I mean look at the team he had to work with last year and how well he did!

I understand what you're doing but I think we all get it by now lol....unfortunately we are stuck with our current position and just have to hope things turn around, if not well then onto the next. There's no way I can see owner ship being happy with the current position of the team and how the trade deadline went...however the draft and next season will be another test and if Dwyer can't do what's needed to be done then I doubt management sticks with him.

Who has our first round pick at the next draft? or do we have it? Chicoutimi owns our 2023 1st round pick in the upcoming draft. (Lapierre trade)
