Don't think you can use debit; so you have to have a credit card, Visa ect, and not many kids under 21 have a credit card

Have they totally stopped external sales??? The Irvings and teh Imperial are no longer and option I take it?
Also what really pisses me off is people walking up and down the stairs during play. I believe of the people that did not renew season tickets this was the number 1 complaint. What is so difficult with standing in the middle of the aisle and stopping people from going to their seats until there is a whistle?

Maybe the team could market the online option alittle more I don't seem to hear alot about it unless they go to the Sea Dogs website.
I do like the idea of also being able to buy tickets in other places besides HS. Having a few places outside HS might be a good idea it just depends on what the cost would be but some people aren't familiar with how to purchase them online and alot of people will not enter credit card info online for anything

I'll come to the defence of the ushers on the issue of people going up and down the stairs. Just plain and simple...people are ignorant. I've witnessed the past little while, ushers try and stop people & not just kids, and be told by an adult to "Try and stop me", or "I'll do what I want". Most of the ushers are kids....hard for a teenage girl to stop some 250lb guy.

That's when security should throw them out. If you talk back AND break the rule, you should be out instantly.

If that were the case, you'd be throwing out an awful lot of people, because it happens in almost every section!

I've also watched one of the ushers not stop someone because she in her words "didn't want them to get mad at her" or how about the other one that just said "oh never mind"

There isn't a RULE about that in Harbour Station. It's just common courtesy. Something that ALOT of people don't have.
Speaking of courtesy...ever been to the rink in Bathurst? They have about 10 security guards, and 4 ushers at the entrance of the building. They don't seem to have the problem that we have.

I thought you guys were wrong about only being able to buy tickets at HS; so I just called Irving. Nope can't buy them at Irving anymore. So if you live in Quispam, or Hampton and want a ticket; and can't buy online; you have to drive to HS to buy your ticket or stand in line an hour or more before the game. Give me a break; Someone better get their ass in gear and address this problem. Thats why there is no one in the rink. You got 25 kids working their ass off and you can't even buy a ticket in Quispam or Hampton or Grand Bay or any other convenient place. Someone in that Seadogs office needs to come out from under their desk and see the light.

if it isn't a rule, it should be. it represents a threat to the health and safety of the fans if others are impeding their view of swift moving pucks. if someone got hit under those circumstances, it'd be gross negligence on Harbour Station and the Sea Dog's part if they didn't have a rule.

I used to buy mine at the imperial. It was great right in right out and a walk to hs. I think they should set up a merchandising shop at macallister mall and sell tickets from there .

It won't become a rule. Again, if it was, there would be alot of people thrown out, also you'd have to hire ALOT more security which I don't think will be done. They need to educate people alot more about going up & down the stairs. Just don't know what that solution would be. It wouldn't be gross negligence, because Harbour Station has protected themselves by making that announcement that pucks can leave the ice surface.
