No... he's gone for a game because he jumped someone who had absolutely no interest in fighting whatsoever. Filler never even got a penalty on the play, remember?

That's Matty Fillier Bitches! That it is, what dose Fillier have to gain in fighting an otherwise useless player in the last 3 min of a game? In the end Gallant gets thrown out and Fillier knows he done his job to a tee. Filliers not a bad fighter he'll fight if he has to but the was just JB and Gallants way of trying to regain some respect. Dropping the gloves doesn't = a fighting major as the rule clearly states if you get jumped you can still defend yourself. Suck it up butter cup your team showed two things this weekend 1) A sever lack of class 2) No matter where you're team is ranked you're still beatable.

A sever lack of class...does that mean we cut off your heads??? And is this about Brett sending a message to a team that cheap shotted half our team after the whistle. I don't see that as a lack of class. I see that as a warning.

I'd love to know what games you were watching, Bjindaho.
Shall I point out DiDomenico's elbow to Allard after the whistle while Allard was on his knees?

Or Grants tasteless display in the penalty box? Really...who cares? Like the Sea Dogs are the only team to do ever do those type of things in a blowout loss. How about last year when we were handily beating your Fog Devils on the scoreboard and JB started sending out our young guy/rookies instead of running it up more. Suddenly Graham is running everything in site, clean and dirty, and Tim Spencer grabs onto like...I think it was Anthony Bergin and gives the kid no choice but to fight (which Bergin did, instead of just turtling, to his credit). There was more dirty crap from your team in that game. Thats all I can remember off the top of my head. Blowouts happen to every team. Dirty play happens by every team at some point, more frequently in blowouts. All this talk does is ensure the viscious cycle continues. Next time when the shoe is on the other foot you know everyone will come running to your board to let you hear all about it. Thats the beauty of these forums I guess. ;D

Dogs got sooky... bottom line. They came here thinking they were gonna take all three games. They rode their goalie's back for the first game (a game which, by rights, they should have lost), they lost a close second game, and once we started putting the third game on ice they got sooky. Unsportsmanlike misconducts, spearing penalties, game misconducts... doesn't sound much like a team sending a "warning." It sounds more like a team not knowing how to take a loss.
From what I've seen I think it's time for the Dogs to check their egos. They've let their good first half go to their heads.
Afterthought: The only other team I can really recall being so arrogant was Quebec last year.

I said second half, so we will see what happens. I don't think I am the only one watching Dido crawl off the ice in the third. Talk to me in a month if this continues. I am still going to stick to my theory on the fact that JB ran two lines most of the time If he reverts back to pounding the two lines out on the ice again then I think we are in trouble. J.B. did an interview with news 88.9 on the 28th where he said that the team is going with a "shutdown" line of Kirkpatrick, Gauthier and Leduc against other teams top guys and will use the Dido, Liske, Sparling and Hooper, Howes, Anthony lines as the two "scoring" lines, as we have a solid defensive game but could stand to be more effective offensively.....In the games I've seen thats exactly what we have been doing.....seems strange that you see something that no-one else has seen or considers to be a problem, and that as long as you have been posting here the only thing you've had to say on a consistent basis is that we are a two line team, and we will suffer for this in the second half, you need some new material as this "theory" doesn't hold water .

Your talking outta your ass once again but then again we should all know by now the Fog Devils never had a game like this have they? Now that the Sea Dogs are on top and the Fog Devils are still fighting at the bottom they are as arrogant as Quebec. How can you tell they are arrogant you talk to them and they sound that way or is it because they are so far ahead with games in hand? Great post!!!

It was 20 year old Spencer going after 16 year old Sauve, pretty even fight until the last punch.

Didominico is a good player and has skill. But he needs to come down to reality for a second or else he isn't going anywhere in the big leagues. Chris is known throught the league as being a 'whinner' or as a ' little bitch'.
